We are all born Naked.

The world at its purest sense. Naked Retail provides that sense of wonder to brands and people. Think about the kind of freedom you’d have, as a baby, without the agonizing decision an adult has to make.

To put it simply, Naked Retail is a store with a rotating cast of brands. Brands who primarily live on the internet. Brands who we hand select to be partners. Partners who have the same values as us. Well designed and well intentioned.

Naked Retail empowers partners by taking a turnkey approach to the retail experience. You bring the goods, we provide the roof, the design, the staff, and the people.

Born out of necessity

Justin started Naked Retail because he wanted to showcase his direct-to-consumer brand in a very traditional way — in-person. But for a brand whose ethos is in form and function, it was increasingly difficult to create a retail experience from scratch. He met Bruce, another entrepreneur who had the same issue, and they put their heads together to create a collaborative space that allowed them to share their overhead.

Soon enough, they found other partners, and decided to switch their efforts to this new model of retail. Form and function remain a core value and curating partners is now the most important part of the what we do. Think of Naked Retail as an interactive space for your favorite brands.

The New York City flagship

"Naked Retail, a shopping solution that facilitates brand activations and custom concept stores, is redefining “conscious consumption.” The brand re-opened its NoLIta flagship store this week — and that means shoppers can peruse products through its experiential, redesigned COVID-19 safe shopping environment that was consciously created. Its retrofitted space features 40-plus direct-to-consumer brands and allow shoppers to interact with said brands for the first time.

The space begins at the entryway, with blue floor squares that have been spaced six feet apart to “subtly suggest distancing,” alongside an ultramodern complimentary sanitizing station, which features products from sponsor, Touchland, as well as mandatory temperature testing."
