Our goal was to create an experience that invited guests to interact with the product, their social channels, and each other. As Brooklinen’s first physical store, we wanted customers to have the chance to touch and feel the Brooklyn-based brand’s bedding collection. To achieve this, we designed a trio of Insta-ready New York apartment vignettes. Each bedroom paired a targeted customer persona with one of Brooklinen's luxury bedding collections. Bath goods and additional bedroom products were framed next to potted greenery and home decor accents. We also incorporated a feature wall of clipboards that doubled as product guides for guests to explore and order a bespoke bedding bundle in-store. A refreshment station and lounge area completed the social, home-like scene.
